My Philosophy...

Whether you are struggling with finding acceptance and peace with a current situation or want to create change in your life, the process can be challenging. In a safe and non-judgemental atmosphere we will work together to identify your individual strengths to help you live your life more fully and uncover old patterns that keep you stuck. My experience as a therapist covers a wide variety of issues: work/life stressors, self-esteem, addiction/recovery, relationships; all of which lead to some degree of anxiety and depression.

One size does not fit all and I use a variety of methods such as cognitive/behavioral therapy, psychodrama and other experiential approaches. Mindfulness meditation and exploring spiritual aspects of life are integral parts of my practice.

I have a passion for working with mental health & addiction issues and the impact it has on families. I welcome the opportunity to do second stage recovery--therapy that helps individuals explore deeper aspects of life's troubles after sobriety is in place, including traumatic experiences.
I look forward to our work together.
